Recognized in years past for flying valuable liability overnight. In 1996 Federal Armored was purchased by the owners of Total Armored Car, but uniquely has remained its own entity.
What We Do
Federal Armored operates a fleet of vehicles ranging from armored vans to semi-tractor trailers. We reduce your exposure to liability problems outside the confines of your facility. Our employees are screened by the Michigan State Police and are issued a concealed weapon permit to perform their duties. Our company is insured through Lloyd’s of London, so your money, securities or valuables are safe with us. Today combined, Federal Armored Truck and Total Armored Car cover most of the lower peninsula, we operate over 50 trucks, and service hundreds of customer locations daily. In an industry that is dominated by large international corporate companies. We remained Michigan owned and operated, with a deep appreciation for serving local business.
